NuEar is currently part of the Starkey family. They offer the same model hearing aids as Starkey, with different names. NuEar has no audiologist contracts in this area of Maryland, choosing to work exclusively with a hearing instrument specialist.
NuEar has been around in some form or another since 1979. They are headquartered in San Diego, California.
